♡ COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES ♡

Domestic Shipping: Every domestic order has the option to be shipped by Priority Mail which comes with up to $100 of insurance. In the event of a lost or damaged package, you will be able to file a claim with the USPS to be reimbursed. 

International Shipping: International packages are sent via USPS First Class International. Shipping may take longer depending on your country. Please check the list of USPS Service Disruptions to see if your country is affected. If we cannot ship to your country, we will contact you to decide if you would like us to hold onto your package until shipping becomes available, or offer a refund.

 

♡ SHIPPING INFO ♡

If you have any question regarding your order, please contact us directly.

Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s postal service and other factors out of our control like customs declarations and Holidays. 

If you have placed an order around the Holidays, please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Shipping during Holiday season may result on delayed packages due to the increase of postal activity. Please wait 4 weeks from the date of shipping before contacting us about missing/lost packages. 

If your item's tracking says it is delivered but you did not receive it, please try to resolve this with your local post office before contacting us. Once an item is shipped there is little we can do to help.

You will still receive a tracking number with your order. *Orders containing stickers only will be mailed via regular letter post with no tracking.

We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/etc. that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations.

We can combine your orders and refund the shipping overage if you have not yet received a shipping notification. We will try to do this automatically, but to be sure to get your shipping refund please Contact us.

 

♡ RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS ♡

We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet, please contact us

If you ship the item(s) back to us, we can offer a refund, minus the cost of shipping, or exchange, with an additional shipping charge. 

 

♡ PRE-ORDERS ♡

If you purchase a pre-order pin, please expect to wait at least 4–6 weeks before your package will ship. There is a risk that it could take longer if there are delays in the manufacturing process. We will make sure to notify all customers if any issues arise. If you wish for your in stock items to be shipped ASAP, please check them out separately. 

 

♡ WEARING PINS ♡

Please wear your pins at your own risk. We cannot replace pins that are lost or damaged due to wearing them on clothing or bags, etc. If you like to wear your pins, please take extra precautions, such as using locking backs. We do not currently offer locking backs for our pins but hope too in the future.
